The TALiNT Benchmark Programme is the UK’s most rigorous and relevant talent acquisition benchmarking programme and is a vital tool for HR Directors and Heads of Talent Acquisition. TALiNT Partners is home to the largest talent acquisition and recruitment event series in the UK. Our team has a huge amount of experience across HR, talent acquisition and recruitment. As an independent business, we offer the benchmark programme as a standalone objective tool, and not as a means to sell other services. Using a maturity model to allow meaningful market comparisons, your results are entirely confidential. To preserve anonymity, the only information that we share is the name of the organisations that have participated and the name of organisations that are in your cohort group. Your results are safe with us. All inputs are held secutely within an encrypted system. We never share your individual input to the programme with any 3rd parties.
